These terms govern your use of RipTrip at riptrip.co. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What RipTrip is

RipTrip is a content and recommendation site for planning bachelor and bachelorette party trips. We aggregate and curate information about destinations, activities, lodging, and restaurants in the United States. We are not a travel agent, booking platform, or tour operator.

Bookings and reservations

Saving an activity, restaurant, or lodging to your RipTrip itinerary does not book anything. To reserve a stay, tour, restaurant, or activity, you must complete the booking directly with the venue or with the third-party partner linked from the site (Viator, VRBO, Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Google Maps, etc.). RipTrip is not responsible for the availability, pricing, cancellation policies, or quality of any third-party service you book.

Prices, availability, and venue details displayed on RipTrip are curated and may change without notice. Always confirm details with the vendor before you rely on them.

Affiliate links

Many external links on RipTrip are affiliate links. If you click through and complete a purchase or booking, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This revenue helps keep the site running. Our recommendations are not influenced by commission rates — we list options that we believe fit the bach-party use case, regardless of how much any particular partner pays.

Your content

When you save a trip, create a poll, or submit a review on RipTrip, you give us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site and share it via your share link. You retain ownership of anything you submit.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, spammy, or that impersonates someone else. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

Accuracy of content

We try to keep information on RipTrip accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee it. Destination details, activity prices, venue names, and booking links may change, and third-party reviews and ratings shown on the site come from Google, Viator, and similar sources and reflect those sources at the time of display. Do not rely on RipTrip as the sole source for travel planning decisions.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RipTrip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, any third-party service you book through a link on the site, or any interruption in service.

Some states don’t allow the limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Third-party services

RipTrip links to and relies on third-party services including Viator, VRBO, Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Google Maps, Google AdSense, Resend, Supabase, Vercel, and PostHog. Each of those services has its own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to the service or the terms

We may update the site, change features, or update these terms at any time. Significant changes to the terms will be noted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state of incorporation of RipTrip, without regard to conflict of law principles.
