Affiliate Disclosure
RipTrip is a participant in several affiliate programs. If you click a booking link on this site and go on to book a stay, a tour, an activity, or another service, we may earn a commission. You pay nothing extra — the commission comes out of the vendor’s marketing budget, not your wallet.
Who we partner with
Our active affiliate partners include:
- Viator (tours and activities)
- GetYourGuide (tours and experiences)
- VRBO (vacation rentals)
- Booking.com (hotels and resorts)
- Hotels.com (hotels)
- GolfNow (tee time bookings)
We may add or remove partners over time. Links that earn commissions generally go to any of the domains above.
How this affects our recommendations
It doesn’t, in any meaningful sense. Our editorial picks are based on what we think makes a good bachelor or bachelorette trip: quality, reviews from Google and Viator, group-friendliness, location, and reasonable pricing. We do not rank venues by commission rate, and we do not accept payment to feature a specific business.
Where we have a choice between a partner link and a direct-to-venue link that earns nothing, we often include both. Where a venue has no affiliate option, we still feature it if it’s the right pick.
How affiliate links are shown
Most affiliate links on RipTrip are labeled by the destination platform (for example, “Book on Viator” or “See on VRBO”). When you click one, you leave RipTrip and complete your transaction with that partner directly. The commission is tracked by the partner’s own cookie during your visit to their site.
FTC compliance
Under Federal Trade Commission guidelines, we are required to disclose material connections between ourselves and any product or service we recommend. This page, along with the disclosure in every page footer, constitutes that disclosure. If you have questions, email privacy@riptrip.co.
