Why This Matters for a 2026 Bach Trip

Vegas is constantly turning over. The bottle service spot your friend's group hit in 2023 might be a different concept now. The 2026 class of openings is real, and a few of them are exactly what a bachelorette or bachelor group should be booking.

This list is the new arrivals worth your group's Saturday night, plus where they fit in the trip.

The New Spots Worth Booking

Cantina Contramar (Fontainebleau)

Opened: Late March 2026 | Best for: The big bachelorette dinner | Price: $80 to $130 per person before drinks

Chef Gabriela Cámara brought her Mexico City institution Contramar to the Strip. Seafood forward, the tuna tostada is the dish everyone is posting, and the room is built for a group dinner moment.

Order this: Tuna tostada at $26, the pescado a la talla at $58 to share, the mezcal flight at $42.

"Booked a 6 top for our bach trip and this was the dinner of the weekend. The tuna tostada is worth the flight." Reddit r/vegaslocals

Gymkhana (ARIA)

Opened: 2026 US debut | Best for: Splurge night with foodie brides | Price: $120 to $200 per person

Two Michelin star Indian club concept from London, finally on the Strip. Bold, spice-driven cooking, and the kind of room where the bachelorette feels less like a party and more like an occasion.

Order this: The wild muntjac biryani at $98, the lasooni broccoli at $24, an aperitivo cocktail at $22.

Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse (Wynn)

Opened: Winter 2025 to 2026 | Best for: Bachelor party steak night | Price: $100 to $180 per person

Scott Sartiano expanded his New York concept into Wynn. Italian American steakhouse with a heavier on the cocktails approach. Bachelor groups have been booking the round corner booths.

Order this: The veal parm at $68, the bone in ribeye at $96, a bottle of Brunello at $180.

Where Each One Fits in the Trip

Friday Arrival Dinner

Cantina Contramar is the right call. It is loud enough that your group can be loud and still feel like locals. Reservations open 30 days out and the 8pm slot Friday goes within 48 hours.

Saturday Big Dinner

Gymkhana for foodie brides. Sartiano's for groups that want classic steakhouse energy with a real bar program. Both work for groups of 6 to 12.

Saturday Late Night

None of the three new openings are nightlife forward. Pair dinner with one of the established late-night spots like LAVO at the Venetian or Carversteak's bar program.

How to Actually Get a Reservation

  • Open Resy or OpenTable accounts before the trip and turn on alerts. Tables get released at midnight in the hotel's local time.
  • For groups of 8 plus, call the restaurant directly. Most Vegas spots have a private events line and they will hold a section if you commit to a food and beverage minimum.
  • Friday at 9pm is the hardest slot. Push to 7pm or 9:30pm and you will see openings.
  • If your group has a flexible night, Sunday dinner at any of these spots is wide open and the kitchen is sharper.

What to Skip

The buzziest opening is not always the move for a bachelorette. Skip restaurants that just opened in the last 30 days. The kitchens are still finding their rhythm, the timing is off, and a 12 top is the worst test case.

Wait at least 60 days from a public opening before booking your group there. The three above all clear that bar.

Other 2026 Watchlist

A few openings still have soft launch dates and are worth watching as your trip date gets closer. Check Neon by the Review-Journal for the most current opening calendar before locking your reservations.

Booking Recap

GymkhanaSaturday$120 to $200
Sartiano'sSaturday$100 to $180

Book all three at least 4 to 6 weeks out. Tip 22 percent on the pre-tax total. And tell the host it is a bachelorette when you confirm. Most rooms will at least drop a candle or split a dessert.
