Why Vegas Still Works for a Bachelorette

Vegas earns its bachelorette reputation because everything you want is within a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute Uber. Day clubs, night clubs, real spas, real restaurants, and a strong supply of bridal sash tolerance.

The trade-off is cost. A Vegas bachelorette is the most expensive option in the RipTrip lineup, and it punishes groups who walk in without a plan. This guide is the plan.

When to Go

March through May and September through November are the sweet spots. Pool weather without the brutal 110F July heat, and weekday rates are noticeably lower than peak summer.

Avoid the big convention weekends, especially CES in January and EDC weekend in May, room rates double overnight. Cyber Monday hotel deals are a real thing in Vegas, book then for spring trips.

Where to Stay

The Cosmopolitan

Best for: Bigger groups who want a Strip-center base | Rooms: $350 to $550 a night

Terrace suites with private outdoor space and views of the Bellagio fountains. The bridal photo set basically composes itself, and you can walk to Marquee in the same building.

The Venetian or The Palazzo

Best for: Groups of 8 to 14 who want suites and bathtubs | Rooms: $250 to $450 a night

Every room is a suite with a sunken living room, which works for getting ready and pre-game group photos. Slightly removed from the dead center of the Strip, but easy walk to TAO Beach.

Resorts World

Best for: Newer, less-crowded resort vibe | Rooms: $200 to $400 a night

Three hotel brands under one roof. The Conrad and Crockfords tiers both make sense for bach groups, and the Zouk nightclub is in-house.

"We stayed at The Cosmopolitan terrace suite for my best friend''s bachelorette. Worth every dollar, we did all our pre-game photos on the balcony with the Bellagio fountains behind us." Reddit r/bacheloretteparty

The Day Clubs

TAO Beach Dayclub

Best for: A polished, photo-heavy pool day | Entry: $40 to $80 cover, cabanas $1,500 and up

Inside The Venetian, redone in 2023 with the cleanest pool aesthetic on the Strip. Day beds are the move for groups of 4 to 6, cabanas for 8 plus.

Encore Beach Club

Best for: The big-name DJ list | Entry: $60 to $100 cover, daybeds from $800

Loudest energy of the day clubs and the place most A-list residencies play. If your bride wants to see a DJ she actually knows, this is the one.

Wet Republic

Best for: Mid-budget groups | Entry: $40 to $80 cover

At the MGM Grand. Slightly less polished than TAO Beach but consistently rated the best value pool party in town. Sunday daytime parties are huge.

"TAO Beach was perfect for our group of 7. We split a daybed, got bottle service, and the pool host actually checked on us all afternoon." Google Review

The Night Clubs

Omnia at Caesars

Best for: A first-night statement | Entry: $50 to $100 cover, tables from $2,000

The kinetic chandelier room is the most-photographed nightclub interior in Vegas. Bring the right shoes.

XS Nightclub

Best for: Indoor-outdoor party with pool | Entry: $60 to $120 cover

At Wynn. Big-name residencies, ample dance space, and the outdoor pool area opens up around midnight. Saturday nights are the move.

Marquee

Best for: One-and-done day-to-night | Entry: Day club to night club combo wristbands available

Daydrink, nap, regroup, then re-enter for the night club. Marquee runs the smoothest day-to-night flow in town, especially if you have a cabana.

What to Do During the Day That Is Not a Pool Club

  • Spa day at Qua at Caesars or Aquae Sulis at JW Marriott. Day passes around $75 to $120 per person, group-friendly.
  • Brunch at Bouchon Bakery at The Venetian. Reserve for 8 at noon, around $40 per person.
  • Mob Museum speakeasy tour downtown, ends with a cocktail class for around $50 per person.
  • Sphere show. Tickets $100 to $300, but the visual is the bach memory that lasts.
  • Gondola ride at The Venetian. Touristy and absolutely the right move.

Sample 3-Day Budget

Planning Tips

  • Reserve day club cabanas 4 weeks out, weekend slots fill fast.
  • Use a promoter or club host for nightclub covers, you almost always pay less than the door.
  • Pre-buy dinner reservations on Resy or OpenTable the moment you book the trip.
  • Set a group Venmo from day one, no one wants to chase $40s after the trip.
  • Drink water between rounds, altitude and dry air will wreck the group by Sunday otherwise.
  • Skip Bourbon Street energy if the bride wants polished, lean into pool clubs and Sphere if she wants iconic.
